Tony O’Shea – Managing Director
Tony has over 30 years experience in the Energy Management and Building Management industry. Tony was the Managing Director and one of the founders of CSI Pacific (formerly EMS Control Systems) which grew to become one of the leading BMS suppliers in Australia and Asia. Tony has a strong technical background in Building Services and has spent much of his career developing and growing businesses both in Australia and overseas. Over the last 10 years, Tony has been involved with and sat on the boards of numerous Building IT company’s in America, Europe and Asia Pacific. During this time he had first hand experience of global strategies and the development of emerging technologies in the Building IT industry.

Vince Simpson – Operations Director
Vince has been involved in all aspects of operations in Building IT companies from design, project management through to service management. With over 18 years experience in the BMS and Security industries, including 14 years with TAC, Vince has run engineering departments both in Australia and in Singapore. He was responsible for one of the largest energy management networks in the world for the Singapore Government. This project involved retrofitting 52 Government buildings and facilities. In addition to Vince’s technical qualifications, he also holds an MBA which proves valuable in developing business models for life cycle costing and energy management investment programs.
Paul Dearlove – Technical Director
Since graduating with honors in electrical engineering from UWA, Paul has been heavily involved in cutting edge technology in the Building IT industry. From a background in consulting engineering, Paul moved into project design and engineering then on to roles in technical support, training and product development. This varied experience culminated in senior global technical roles in CSI and TAC. In this role Paul was responsible for the technical direction of the company which involved the evaluation and development of emerging technologies including open systems and web based services. He is recognized worldwide as one of the industry’s technical leaders and as such has presented many of his papers at conferences around the world. Paul was the system architect for many large and complex Building IT projects globally. An example of this was HKMTRC Security and Access Management project ($A 30 million) involving smart card integration across a Wide Area Network.
Paul is also a Green Star Accredited Professional.
